Great quality tbh, compared to locally available ones they are certainly not the cheapest but they make up for it in comfort.

Let's not try to fool ourselves, these are not going to be used by the elite lifters. However, from a cost and practical perspective, these are more than decent. I've been using these for my squats and deadlifts and it's been pretty supportive. Just for reference, I had to measure my knees (middle of the patella) using a tape measure and I was 15" so I opted for the Large size. I would rather go larger than smaller.To put these on, I folded the top end inwards and then slipped it on. Once it hit the middle, I then unfolded the sleeve. Overall, it was supportive and a bit tight. It didn't slip at all. As for the impact on my lifts? My squats at 405lb felt less shaky and I felt really good compared to usual. It was the same for my deadlifts as well. It really felt great once I pushed past 405lb as well. My numbers aren't impressive by any means but these knees sleeves really do help once you get past 300lbs in my opinion. I don't think these are needed for benching though.The most important thing is making sure that you find the pair that fits you. Measure yourself first and make sure that you fit in the ranges:-S: 12"-14"-M: 13"-15"-L: 14"-17"-XL: 16+"However, if you have XL, I think you should go for another brand though cause these might still be too tight for people with bigger than 16" knees.

Hands down amazing sleeves couldn't have asked for better. Took my leg day to next level.

There are a lot of reviews here that miss the point of lifting knee sleeves. These are not for everyday use, or knee compression during normal exercise. These are used to assist in heavy lifting (squats, cleans, etc). They're intentionally stiff, thick, and very snug. That's the idea.It isn't easy to squat or lunge while wearing these, unless you've got a bunch of weight on your back! They're hard to get on and hard to get off. But they really do secure the knee and quad for adding confidence to lift a lot of plates.If you're still reading and interested, these are really well made from what I can tell so far. I used to use a different brand that was essentially just a stiff neoprene tube. These are anatomically shaped, sewn really well, and made from some kind of directional fabric. I've got a couple of other products from Harbinger, and I've always been happy with them.

The media could not be loaded. the Harbinger knee sleeves is great and beneficial with the compression, stability, and protection. You get full range of motion and the sleeves are always in place. when you have a minor injury, you can use the sleeve for the compression part. it's a great product to use.

I have used these knee sleeves for gym workouts, walking, and carrying heavy boxes/items up stairs. I was a college athlete and had several sports related surgeries to knees. I find these to be supportive yet flexible enough to walk in. The material also keeps the sleeve in place when the body starts to really sweat. I don’t think I will try to run outdoors while using them because the style is quite restrictive. So you get an idea of the fit; I ordered M bc my above knee area circumference is 14.5” and below knee circumference is 11.5”. Consider ordering the next size up if you have measurements larger than mine. I have not washed these yet so I can’t comment on how well they hold up through a wash cycle. You can always hand wash which is probably what I’ll do.
