This is a fantastic product. Really helped me when the only pain relief that would work was heat. Heats up quickly you can hear and see when it's finished heating and stays warm for ages.

Very poor. Arrived looking obviously second hand, box beat up and dirty charging pod. Decided to test it out. Barley warm when fully charged. Very disappointed as you expect something to do what it's meant to do. Worthless to me now and something I have to throw away as I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning. Don't waste your money.

The this hot water bottle actually burnt my thigh the plastic button that covers the cable connector was really hot as I fell asleep when I awoke my thighHad a large red mark on my thigh that needed urgent medical attention as it was a very sore burn

This was an Amazon warehouse damaged box purchase (half the normal price); the item itself is fine and undamaged, works perfectly. It heats up well and holds the temperature for a decent amount of time.

Much better than a hot water bottle but when using it for pain relief would have liked it to last longer

This is so easy to use and it really works. I suffer with sciatica and this is perfect, no having to boil kettles and it stays warm for ages.
