Excellent Construction and Design
I use this with my 25-ft. RV. Excellent construction. Excellent and simple design. Very easy to use. Built-in lock is handy. Unlike the previous reviewer I get no play in the hitch receiver. Unlike the previous reviewer I find the bikes are very secure, the trick is to bungee them to the vertical pole of the rack. Rock solid, I say. Like the previous reviewer I would like a 2-bike version. With the 4-bike capacity you will find it a bit of a stretch to get your first bike in the number one position. People with a tailgate may want to consider a rack that accommodates the opening of a hatch. My RV has no opening in the back so this rack is perfect and a much simpler and cost-efficient choice than racks designed to have both wheels of the bike in a track (e.g. Kuat-type).

Heavy duty, but it is too hard to fit kids' bikes
Fitting kid bikes is the hardest part about using this rack. You have to buy their additional bars to help, but I've even tried those and it still doesn't work very well. The rack locks into my trailer really well though. And it is super heavy duty which is also impressive.

This is a solid product
This is a solid product that worked great on my RV hitch. The connection to the hitch is great, the hitch pin bolts in and is tightened so that there is no wiggling of the unit.

Bike rack compatibility with 1.25" receiver hitch on travel trailer
Took awhile but found one that worked. Travel trailer has 1.25" receiver, Yak Longhaul needs a 2" receiver. What to do? Don't be thinkin that you'll just get a 1.25" to 2" adapter, cuz that won't work. The adapter has a 1.25" shank welded inside the 2" receiver. When you go to try to fit the Yak (which takes a threaded bolt, instead of a hitch pin), the Yak does not fit inside the 2" receiver far enough for the Yak threaded bolt to pass thru to the other side. How I found a fix - got something like the VEVOR Hitch Adapter, 1-1/4" to 2" Receiver Hitch Extender. The 2" receiver part was opened on the back, allowing the Yak to pass thru so it gets lined up to break on thru to the other side.

Love this rack!
Love this rack! Took it on a 600 mile round trip excursion on the back of our RV and it held up as expected. Also used it on our Pathfinder receiver hitch to take the bikes local and although it makes access to the back of the truck challenging, works in a pinch. Very well made as I expected from owning other Yakima products.

Extremely Sturdy
Attached it to our RV hitch (we have a class C) and it has worked great. Gone on several long camping trips and there has been no loosening of the bolts. The anti-sway straps work very well. Highly recommend.

Does not fit 4 bikes
Product seems solid and well built but it will not fit 4 mountain bikes as advertised. Bikes make contact with each other in multiple places.

Great Bike Rack for trailer.
Works great with most bikes. Using it on the back of 5th wheel trailer and has worked great so far. My son's bike has a very small opening for the bike holder to fit so i have to mount it up high on the bottom bar - still works and holds the bike great.
