Excellent fertilizer
I use Fertilome on my roses and it helps control Japanese beetles by killing the grubs in the soil.

No more spotted leaves
I am not a rose expert so when the leaves at the base started to turn yellow with black dots I got to looking up the issue. This product and brand came highly recommended. It was a great value and easy to apply. The leaves stopped turning spotted. This product does not have any strong or foul smell which is good. Thank you

It Works!
I had caterpillars', beetles, spiders and Japanese beetles attacking my Mini Knockout rose bushes, my 3-ft high baby Redbud tree, Lantana and other flowers in pots. The bugs ate the leaves to the point they looked like lace! But this stuff nailed it! Love that it is systemic so you don't have to re-apply after every rain. And it lasts 2 months. My first time using it, but it IS working, and within 24 hours!

Banned in the European Union due to Imidacloprid's Toxicity
I was about to buy this, but then asked Perplexity if there were any environmental concerns about Imidacloprid. Here's its response:Imidacloprid, a widely used neonicotinoid insecticide, raises several environmental concerns:ToxicityPollinators: Imidacloprid is highly toxic to honeybees and other pollinators, affecting their health when they consume treated pollen or nectar;Aquatic Life: It can leach into surface and groundwater, reaching concentrations harmful to aquatic invertebrates and fish;Soil Microorganisms: Recent studies show imidacloprid negatively impacts soil protists, such as amoebae, by disrupting their growth and development;Persistence and MobilityImidacloprid is persistent in soils and can accumulate over time. It binds to clay and organic matter but also moves through soil into water system;Ecological RisksBioaccumulation: Contrary to earlier claims, imidacloprid has been found to bioaccumulate in certain species raising long-term ecological concerns;Regulatory Actions;Due to its environmental risks, the European Union has permanently banned neonicotinoids like imidacloprid.
