I received these around 6 pm on Wednesday. I took 10 of the spirulina at that time. They were nothing to take. I did five at a time. Around 10 pm, I took 10 of the chlorella. Next day, when I got up, I had more energy than I have had in ages. I did the same dosage for another 5 days. Felt great the entire time. The Monday before I started taking these, my BP was 130/99. One week later it was 111/84 with no other changes.Since these worked, iI tried ordering another brand to get a cost savings. I took those yesterday and today, I feel drained and brain -fogged. My BP is back-up. Go figure. So much for cost savings on the other brand.Looks like I am about to place an order for more EnergyBits and get back to where I was feeling last week and see if my BP comes back down.

THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Seriously! I have been on day 3 of taking these bits and wow what a difference they have made me feel already! I do only chew these bits straight up!Energy bits really do what they say! I have been taking them while fasting, so it has been very noticeable in the way I feel. I’m only absorbing these bit in the morning and for lunch. I take 10 a day, but 5 for breakfast and 5 for lunch.Recovery bits as well has been an amazing experience. I go to work and afterwards towards the evening I take the recovery bits. 5 for dinner and 5 like a couple hours before bed. I have been feeling well rested when I sleep! I have been sleeping through the whole night where as before I would be waking up and tossing and turning.Overall these products are worth it! I truly can’t wait to get more and continue taking this amazing product, which by the way is FOOD!

I just started taking the recovery and energy bits. This review so far is just on the recovery bits, they are better than ambient. I can’t believe that I only take five bits right before bed and I have trouble keeping my eyes open after 30 minutes. I sleep all through the night with no problems. When I wake up, I am focused not foggy and I have energy. My mind and body feels great! I have tried the energy pills in the morning and they do keep you going. I’ve been searching for natural products that would replace all of my pharmaceuticals and these so far are definitely it! I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the taste and I can tell you they taste nutty, I love the flavor. I am 59 years old and 260lbs and I only need 5 recovery bits to get me to sleep. I’ve ordered the large canister of recovery.

Try these. You can actually feel the difference they make in your health. Unlike supplements, energy bits are food and the bioavailability allows you to truly benefit. These are now a staple for me. Great products. Thank you.

These are great! I take 4 first thing in the morning before my walk, and it not only keeps me from getting too hungry, they also help me feel more calm and focused throughout the day. My only complaint is the serving size is 30, and I’m feeling better with only few and there’s no way to know the protein amount for a smaller serving size.

I love Energy bits! I have been holding off to buy the big bags because they are a little expensive, and I couldn’t resist to wait. I can back and bought the sample pack till hold me off until the big bags come in. I can’t wait to start taking this every day, my body loves it!

Bad on me for not reading all of the details. When I ordered. Each pack contains 30 “bits” so I assumed that was enough for 1 month (@ 1 bit/day) but (1) serving size is 30 bits! This purchase works out to be a 2 day supply for the $24 (+ tax)! bleep! $12/day is just silly. Please learn from my mistake and don’t buy this product, at least this serving size. The product may be good but it’s way too expensive to buy it like this to even be able to tell if there are any benefits.

I have been taking the energy and recovery bits for several days and I do think I have more energy and less brain fog. I know that I have been sleeping better.
