Overall rating
Its a bit stiff. The material feels very rough and gets dirty easily. In terms of size it's enough to fit a textbook and maybe 3 or 4 notebooks. There are enough pockets and is very snow and water resistant.

I don't get the hype
It's an awkwardly shaped bag and hard to fit things in it. The side pockets are way too small for anything other than a small umbrella, very thin bottle, or a cell phone. When it's packed full, it sits uncomfortably on my back. And it is not possible to adjust the straps while wearing it which is one of the biggest downsides for me. It looks fine, I like the plain black fabric for the simplicity, but again the shape is just not to my liking. The tote bag straps are nice for moving the bag but inconvenient for quick access. I've had it for a few years now and will say it is very durable, shows very little wear and I haven't had any issues with functionality. I also like the inclusion of the seat cushion. The laptop pocket is well padded and spacious. For the price I just don't get why people love this bag so much. I have much less expensive backpacks that I've found much easier to use and more comfortable.
