Everything You Need to Know To Lose weight
I have been into wholistic health for 20 years or so and been following Dr. Berg for at least ten years and have found his info to be spot on. You can tell he truly loves his job and assisting people on their journey to greater health .I bought his first addition years ago and greatly appreciate the fact he admits a few of the latest findings contradicts what was written in his first addition .To me this represents someone with integrity . The book is loaded with not only info on how to lose weight but more importantly to keep it off by becoming healthy . Dr. Berg addresses weight loss from a wholistic view, discussing issues that may be prohibiting one from losing weight and how to correct .Also greatly appreciate this book having a grocery list , sample meal plans and recipes .His “ No - Flour Amazing Pizza “ is the Best .He has a YouTube video on how to make this if you want the recipe .I think knowing your body type makes sense especially when trying to figure out the best Exercise program which he provides.Bottom line this book provides very important info on how to be healthy with a very doable program to keep one on course for a life time through life style vs a fad diet plan .Lastly, it is my belief Dr Berg follows his own advice & is the reason he looks so amazingly healthy, and at least 15 years younger than he is .

Get it, you will thank me.
They say the Bible is the greatest book in the world. This comes in second. You will learn more about your body than any doctor will tell you. I lost 40 pounds in 4 months and didn't set foot in the gym. Just follow his advice in this book. I eat breakfast at noon and dinner between 6 pm and 7 pm. I intermittent fast for 17-18 hours and the fat dropped off like butter melting in a frying pan. Do yourself a favor and get this book. You will thank me and you will lose weight.

MUST read!
I love Dr. Berg’s book and the info contained within. We have found his quiz to determine body type spot on. I already knew I had adrenal issues from a Dutch test I took, but his book really explained in more detail how adrenal issues affect you, how you should exercise, etc. I have followed him on his short and very informative YouTube videos, subscribed to his mailings, and found the Keto diet very easy to follow. It does help if you have some bread and sugar alternatives. I buy KETO bread mix on Amazon. Pricey, but very filling but we don’t crave breads as much as we did pre-keto. I make it, slice it, freeze it, and thaw pieces as needed. As far a sugar substitutes, we use Swerve erythritol, Lakanto monkfruit, and Stevia and make some incredible desserts!!! However, we also don’t crave sweets as much anymore either. Carbs and sugar used to CONTROL us!! Not anymore. Lost a good amount of weight too, but more importantly, we feel healthier.

Understand how and be healthy to lose weight
I’m reading Eric Berg’s book and enjoying his online materials. Within the last three weeks I’m down ten pounds! I read through a lot of the reviews before I purchased this book. A lot of the 1 star reviews are about the falsely advertised audiobook, which I read is simply a summary and not the full text. Other 1 star reviews complained about the lack of a one size fits all plan. If this is discouraging for you, I recommend reading and educating yourself before jumping into it all, which essentially is the first half of the text. Eric Berg’s philosophy is that you need to be healthy to lose weight, not the other way around. And it simply takes a few lifestyle changes. Be ready!

This book has made a difference
I have a lot of books on health. I listened to many of Dr Bergs videos one night andI decided that because of how bad I had been feeling to order this and I am very gladI did. I also learned that Matcha Tea is not as healthy as some say and I would sayplease be careful. It did a lot of harm to me. On the mend now though Peace!!

I bought this book because of my weight loss being stalled.This isn’t so much a “keto” book as one would assume. The diet plan is as follows: eggs, bacon, avocado for breakfast (unless you are fasting and skip this meal). Lunch 4-5cups of greens, 3-6 ounces of protein and a drizzle of olive oil for your greens. Dinner is the same. The amount of protein varies based of your hormone type. The veggies should be spinach, kale. Preferably raw. But you can steam them at dinner. Also drink lemon water with apple cider vinegar at each meal. Do not drink more than 1 cup of coffeeNo alcohol, sugar, flours of any kind, milk (some cheese is ok)Advice: do not go out to eat.Personally I could manage this eating plan for 2-4 weeks max. But this book is not hopeful and I doubt very many people could actually eat this way permanently. If you are able, you are probably already eating in this manner and do not need to purchase this book.

I am off all medications!
I am so grateful for Dr. Berg's advice as presented in his new book. I've been following him on YouTube for about a year and I appreciate having the information available in written form. I have an extremely slow metabolism so it is taking me some time to get healthy after so many years on diabetic medications, etc., but I am getting healthy via the ketogenic/intermittent lifestyle. I am off all medications and have lost 25 lbs and 8 inches around my waist in the past year (slow but steady). It has taken me awhile to get on the vegetables but I am working at it every day. I have also benefited greatly from his acupressure techniques to release stress from my body. I appreciate Dr. Berg's passion, his knowledge, and sense of humor. He presents his well-researched material in a way that anyone can understand and follow.
