Great little phone, easy to use.
Purchased this for my mum, she just wanted to be able to make and receive calls when out of the house. She's not bothered about texting or Internet but it does have those features if you need them. The numbers are big and clear for those with a visual impairment. Great for elderly, or to have as a spare in the glove box of your car as a back up in an emergency. Also useful as a first phone for a child for just calling and texting.

good basic phone
A good basic phone for calls and texts suiting the elderly user perfectly. Bought for my mother the phone set up and numbers stored allows her to easily keep in touch. the m1 and m2 buttons are very handy for frequently used numbers and the phone book is easy to access. I have purchased a memory card and will store photographs of the family to assist in calling the correct person, a great touch. It is early days but the battery life seems exceptionally good.A couple of minor niggles include the torch switch being the up and down volume buttons on the side of the phone, far to easy to accidently press when handling the phone and having read a text the notification light stays on until you actually delete the text.An easy four stars though as this is almost perfect for it's intended use.

Excellent Product
Bought this phone for my 90 year old Aunt, who can be very opinionated on things, I was dreading giving it to her as it was my idea for her to take this phone out with her when she was out and about and needed our help. She is really pleased with it as easy to use and the cradle was very easy to charge this phone up for her. I was worried she would not be able to use it she has take to a duck to water as they say. All good at a very reasonable price and easy to use

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
This phone is completely dead and no longer works only 8 months from purchase. It has hardly been used and the charging cradle has already fallen to pieces. I would never purchase anything made by TOKVIA again. I notice this model is no longer available - I wonder why !

Like stepping back in time!
Brought handset as ideal solution for elderly mother wanting a simple call mobile. Gosh I’ve had to apply my brain back years to remember non-smart technology! Firstly the handset I received has not been unlocked.. after 3 SIM cards I discovered it’s locked to VODAPHONE one of the least coverage 2G providers, so wanted a few £’s on sims till I discovered this. Now Vodaphone sim installed it recognises a network and has rid the ‘emergency call’ only screen. The camera is non operational (bar saving 1 image to phone) as no storage to save photos so have to buy a SD card 32GB/32MB… struggling to find that ‘dinosaur combination’. The default factory options are bizzare, have now spent 2 evenings re-configuring settings to bring the handset into a user friendly operation. Trial & error is exactly right statement on this product, the ‘Quick Guide’ leaves you hanging. For a new mobile user without years of mobile handset knowledge I can see this phone set-up being in the ‘Too Difficult’ file. However now set up and hoping with the SD card I can take & store photos for the emergency contacts. Phone so far charging for cable without issue. I have changed all the settings to make it easy to use.. flip the phone cover open to answer a call. Programmed 4 contacts with photos for a easy selection, set up SOS contacts & applied a ringtone that suits from the default nasty sound. I agree that in Mithers handbag I’m sure the SOS button will engaged as with the torch function so may have re-think current set-up when in operation! So far have spent £16 over handset price with all the SIMs & SD cards to actually bring the phone inline with the mis-sold functionality described in the marketing description. Will see how my Mother gets on with this phone & what 2G coverage problems on Vodaphone she encounters.. it’s tested my tech knowledge setting this up for sure! Thank god I’m a smart-phone user… intuitive phones are the future!
