Beyond Health Vitamin C Buffered Tablets - Immune Support - 250 Count

I swear by this product, I have taken 3 BH vitamin C tablets daily for 5+ years for my lower back pain and neck pain. I am 72 and the efficacy of this product is product is 100%. I am free of all my pain, it helps inflammation in my body. My husband has finally started to take it too and he is very happy with the results. Their customer service is also the best.The founder Raymond Francis sincerely wanted to help people live a better life. I recommend his book too, “Never Be Sick Again”.

I’ve been purchasing Beyond Health supplements for years, straight from the manufacturer. But I needed them fast, so I ordered some vitamin C tablets here. When I opened them, the smell was horrible, almost like rubbing alcohol and chemicals. And looking in the bottle, a lot of the pills have black spots on them. It says they were made in 2021 on the bottle, but no expiration date is listed. On the bottle I ordered from the manufacturer there’s an actual expiration date. I worry these are bad! Very bad!

If you take Vitamin C, you know that it's not very well absored by the body, and so it's common to take a megadose. These pills provide 1000g, 1111% of the DV, in each pill. That's a pretty common, and useful, megadose. They also contain a bit of Calcium and Magnesium. The doses of those are less than 10% of the DV, so I'm not sure what the point is of including them, but it won't hurt.These are big pills, and you swallow them, you don't chew them. So you'll probably need to take them with water.The main negative for these is that they're fairly pricey, relative to other Vitamin C tablets. On the upside, they're made in the USA.

I was not pleased at all. There was no expiration date and they were manufactured in 2023.
