This stuff is a lifesaver for me. I started having heart problems when I had just turned 20 years old. I had a 3 month old baby and was very scared. I have been on medication for over 18 years now. I purchased the Cataplex E2 to help prepare for a trip to Peru where I would be hiking 4+ miles in the mountains at altitudes over 10,000 ft on a daily basis. I started taking them two months prior to, and throughout the trip which was in November 2014. I figured I could use all the help I could get since I was 62 yrs old, way out of shape, weighed 285 lbs and, at that time I lived at 650 ft above sea level in Missouri. I had to train for the trip, don't get me wrong, I bought Trekking poles started taking the Cataplex E2 and began hiking 3-5 times a week up to 4 miles each time. At the end of the trip one of my younger male companions on the journey asked me my age and said, "Really? Well, the way you scamper around, you act like you are 26 years old, what's your secret?" I told him about my training regime and Cataplex E2.

I had read that Cataplex E2 was a favorite product used by mountain climbers to combat mountain sickness. Since I live at 7000' and quite frequently suffer from shortness of breath I decided to give it a try. All I can say is that the mountain climbers are right, it works immediately and I love it!

Order in advance or put it on monthly because it off times sells out and it's hard to get anywhere

It's overpriced and underdosed on all the ingredients.

I purchased it to aid in maintaining memory. As anyone knows this is something that is not cured over night, so the results are still being assessed. However, it appears that it was helping on that issue. Another concern is the weight gain since my wife and I started taking it. We have reduced the quantity we take to see if there is a weight gain side effect.
