but the flimsy spongy pad makes it difficult to apply the pressure on use (as instructed) it just wobbles. Also probably needs to be used at least twice (after a break/first dead part removal) to clear the growth entirely.

Defective product with zero support
Did not activate or work at all upon first use, so could not even try it, it was either defective or already used?Zero product support as I didn’t test it within the allocated timeframe… I feel conned
