Great value space saver
The table is sturdy enough for the budget price it is. It’s versatile and really functional for a small space which is just what we needed. Instructions aren’t great and takes a good few hours for ideally two people to put together. We had a faulty broken part which was promptly replaced by the company so fantastic service with good communication. Would recommend some cushions for the chairs to make them more comfortable.Overall a really good buy.

Looks lovely
The table and chairs look lovely and is super convenient/ space saving. The quality is fairly good and feels quite sturdy when put together. The table and chairs got delivered separately and on different days which was slightly annoying as I then didn’t have any tracking information for the second package. Also is quite long to put together but overall I would recommend, very good for the price!

Happy customer
I bought this table and whilst it took a reasonable amount of time to build, we were very happy with it.However one of the table leafs hadn't been finished off properly and appeared split on a join.I contacted the company by email and explained my problem and that I wanted a replacement part. They answered me on Monday asking for address etc and would send one out, no questions. I am sitting here now on Wed afternoon with said replacement that turned up a short while ago by courier.Excellent customer service and very prompt. I now have a lovely space saving table for my kitchen.

Wrong parts!
Lovely table, but the parts for the chairs are incorrect! I now have a table and no chairs, I’m unable to get hold of anyone to rectify this issue!

An OK product, however..
After building this table is OK, however, I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to others unless they are aware of it's 'issues'.It is a cheap looking product, and I suspect it will not last more than a couple years of heavy use. But as a purchase for occasional use, it serves it's purpose for me.The assembly is lengthy, and not simple. I found myself having to take parts apart often to rectify issues, or mistakes I'd made due to unclear instructions, and I'm not someone who usually struggles with furniture assembly.I'm wary of the chairs being able to actually hold their advertised weight. Again, not an immediate issue for myself (as we only use it on occasions where we have children visiting) otherwise I'd have organised to return the product.I have also had to sand down parts and revarnish this product as the finish is not hardy and does not withstand gentle knocks during assembly or use.For the price I paid, I'd have looked elsewhere had I known of these issues at the time of purchase, however if you happen to find this product with on offer with a substantial reduction in cost and are only looking for something for occasional use, by people who are not heavier set (and are prepared to struggle your way through assembly), it could, in theory work for you.

Great low budget table and chairs
I had great fun putting this together and it fits lovely in my L-shaped kitchen. Fairly sturdy for a low budget and the customer service is excellent.Practice, great value for money, compact design, excellent customer service, easy to follow instructions, fast delivery, quite sturdy up to 75kg… 80kg at a push.

I guess you get what you pay for!
You get what you pay for I guess. I couldn't believe it when I saw this at a discount price as my wife has wanted one for years, I was excited to get it for her. Others I had seen were £300 plus so this was a great find or so I thought. Delivery time was spot on but I was immediately shocked and horrified when the item turned up flat packed. There was no mention of this in their description or details, I thought it was pre built . The box had signs of light crushing but no holes. The following day I decided to tackle the contents. Now bear in mind I have had training in carpentry and mechanics so I did not fear assembly. That was until I read the instructions, they are adequate if you have had experience and knowledge building stuff like this but not for the novice at all ! Now like I say construction was ok but the quality of all the items are just about acceptable but their strength and longevity is questionable. A loose screw was in the package and had lodged itself in the white side panel leaving an imprint of it's self as seen in the first photo, then there was a long curved mark in the table top surface and a considerable chunk or gouge in the under edge of it too. One of the chair legs was cut or machined badly and then just as badly repaired with a splash of paint as in photo 4. A couple of tiny chip marks in the edge of one leg picture 5 & 6. Screws supplied to fix the seat base to the frames are too long and easily protrude with the lightest of tightening, I fear a scratched bottom could occur but seriously could harm a small child if not noticed. Before anyone suggests I could have over tightened it, no, they are too long as well as the pre drilled hole seat being of too soft a wood allowing the screw to travel further! On the other table top a large dig and scratch pic 8. Pic 9 is a bad grain mark and un sanded finish to the centre top. The last photo is the finished item. and from a distance looks lovely. The wood tops are not varnished or lacquered if they are it is so thin it's invisible and all the bare wood is rough to the touch. All painted surfaces are evenly covered but very thin and I fear will scratch and wear easily. I assembled it on my own and it took roughly 3 hours. If I had noticed all the imperfections prior to assembly I would have just returned it, however I missed them when I gave everything a quick inspection plus I tend to build these type of things straight from the box to reduce damage or accidents when they are out. Because of this I will not be returning it, instead I am going to sand the top surfaces properly ,stain and lacquer to a better Finish that should withstand light scratching and hot dinner plates. I swear I did not cause any of the damage, I was extremely careful, it was such a shame for if it had no defects it would have been an awesome purchase.
