Makes cleaning gutters much quicker and easier.
Cleaning gutters is one of my least favourite chores, but this tool definitely makes it a lot easier. It's just the scraper attachment, so you'll need a pole. It has a standard screw thread, so I got the Harris 5m Premier Extension Pole (available here) which worked great. To use it, I put my ladder in the middle of the roof. I could then scrape the gutters in one direction, pulling the debris towards me, and then turn to other side and do the same. No need to move the ladder - I could do the whole gutter from one position (unless you have a really big roof!)The scraper fits perfectly in the gutter so it's quite efficient. You'll need to screw it on the right way to scrape to either your left or your right, otherwise you'll find it doesn't fit, but it only takes seconds to unscrew it, turn it over and screw it on the other way. This will make more sense when you first use it.Overall - a good design, sturdy and strong.

Great idea but you can't reasonably expect it to fit every gutter exactly
The purchase price is fair enough, given that this is a clever idea made out of VERY high quality plastic. I found it moderately successful for cleaning my gutters. The reason I say "moderately" is simply because there are many different manufacturers of guttering, all a bit different so it's a bit of a "hit and miss" as to whether this tool will fit the curve/ contours of your guttering exactly. In my case, the tool radius is larger than the actual guttering which meant that it missed the mud on the very bottom. Oh well. Still a decent enough tool though. In retrospect I should probably have gone for their "Miniflo" tool. The Miniflo tool will reach the bottom of ANY gutter in a way the larger tools won't. . Might buy a Miniflo tool next year.

Really rather good
I found it easy to use and cleared the moss from my garage gutters no problem. It was fitted onto my Harris extending metal decorators pole which allowed me to be in one place and pull the mess towards me. At full extension it can be tricky to manoeuvre and it caught on the gutter clips but that's my issue. The good thing is that it you can switch it round to go left or right handed. It's a very solid item, so should last for years.

great where you can see what you are doing, not so good using from ground
I used the scraper for part of the gutter I could reach from the top of my garage using a small step ladder then with a L G Harris 5m extension pole managed to clear a load of moss from the gutting along one side of the house. Unfortunately I did not get on so well with the angle piece - although I manage to clear the gutter above the conservatory, again using a step ladder to see what I was doing, I failed miserably with the gutter at the front of the house. I suspect I haven't mastered the technique of getting the scraper into the gutter and beneath overhanging tiles when on the ground. I think I've cleared enough & now waiting for the next downpour to see. If not, I will have to practice my technique on a bit of gutter I can get to easily in case the scraper gets stuck. In conclusion, the scraper is good especially when combined with a 5m extension pole when used horizontally level with the gutter. Not so good when used with angle piece on end of pole at ground level (but then going by other people's comments, maybe I'm doing something wrong)
