Great Peqce
Was looking for a way for parent to contact us if she needed assistance. Works great, even works when I placed it in my shop 100’ away from our house. Great sense of security for both her and us. I would highly recommend this item

Works well with many different sound options, but...
This device works well when staff decide to respond, and I was easily able to affix it to the wall. I am giving it 2 stars because it comes with one sticky pad, and I need to move my husband and have no way to affix it to the wall again. I wish it came with at least 3 sticky pads because the lanyard is not an option for him.The other issue is that the email address provided in the packaging to register the product for 2 yr. warranty comes back undeliverable, so I'm unable to register the product or request additional sticky pads.UPDATE: After I left my review, the company reached out to me which I appreciated. I have not had an issue with the item so far, but it would be nice to register it if I did encounter an issue. I hope they might consider including 2-3 sticky pads in the event of a move which does happen.

Serves it's purpose gives peace of mind
It's very loud but wish it had something other than tones & door bell. Honestly I wish it was a little louder and had something like an alarm sound because the tones just sound like a cell phone. But all in all it serves it's purpose.

Very nice product
Due to my husband's failing health, and some overly bad days, I was becoming concerned that we didn't have a good system for him to call to me when he needs assistance. I ordered this call button mainly because it does not need any subscription to alert and, it offers the convenience of the plug in unit able to be moved to whatever room I'm in should he need to alert me during the day. I also appreciate the choice of sounds. So many of the others only had a loud screech, and no volume control. I'm quite sure our seven pack of canines would be thrown into a wild frenzy should that go off sometime during the night. This call button worked straight out of the box once the main unit was plugged in, and has a volume control. I chose a nice telephone type ringer, and place it in the bathroom close to my bedroom at night. Now if my husband needs me in the middle of the night from his room, he can easily let me know. This does not have the capability of alerts being sent to a smart phone, but for someone who's a caregiver, and needs alerted while home with the disabled individual, this is a great option.

A first-rate in-house medical alert system
After one of us had a heart attack, my wife and I wanted to be able to alert each other instantly if one of us was having a medical emergency. The heart attack event made us aware of how crucial it is to act quickly in those circumstances. The Caregiver Pager is the perfect solution. We now have three "panic buttons" in various rooms in our rather large apartment along with three receivers that can sound an alarm when a button is pressed. The only real negative is that the alarm itself is relatively short. Whoever is in trouble needs to press the button three or four times. It is very large and easy to press, so that is ok, but it would be better if the alarm went on for, say, ten or fifteen seconds each time it is activated. The receivers plug into a standard wall outlet so there is no question that they will always have power. The buttons supposedly have a lithium-ion battery that will last for several years and which can be replaced if needed.I should add that the buttons come attached to a lanyard and thus can go around a person's neck. We sometimes wear them that way, but our thinking is that this system is just for the night when one or both of us is sleeping, so the buttons can simply stay next to our beds. During the day we both wear smartwatches to alert each other and call for help directly to 911 if needed. (Why don't we simply wear the smartwatches at night? The answer is that they are connected to the internet and thus will receive phone calls whenever they are turned on. Much better to turn them off when we are sleeping, set them on their chargers, and use the Caregiver Page system instead.)
