Ready, set, and snore!Just a Great Mattress...prior reviewer stated they never moved during the night and it happened to us.We used to turn side-to-side and now we seldom move during the nightWIfe prefers soft and I prefer firm and this one met the test.Had this mattress several months and we are still happy campers.

I am not one for writing blasting reviews, but I have, here, no choice.I really need a supportive mattress, and this is not that at all, *even though it is advertised as medium-firm*. The mattress is very soft—softer than extra plush mattresses I have slept on. Furthermore, because I am quite tall (6ft) my head and feet go right to the edges of the bed, but because this mattress is so soft, with no additional support around the edges, my feet and especially my head and neck cause the mattress to droop at the edges, lifting my torso above my center and giving me unbearable back pain. I don't think it is a coincidence that, about a month after buying this mattress, my back gave out, and I had to spend a day in the ER... It's *that* bad.I ultimately returned the mattress, but it was a huge pain to do so. Because of how it is wrapped, vacuumed sealed, etc. it is impossible to put back in its original packaging. Amazon was at very helpful here, and although the mattress could not be shipped back in the box, I was able to ship it back to the distributor for no additional charge (although it cost $30 to buy the packaging I needed in order to ship it). I also had to get it to a UPS store, which was a huge hassle. However, when the mattress arrived at the distributor's, they only refunded $600 of the $700 price.At the end of the day, buying this mattress was a huge mistake. I only did it because the mattress I used to have (which I loved—shout out to Restonic!) is no longer being manufactured, and someone suggested that this one would be similar. I guess Nectar might be good if you need no support whatsoever and love a wicked soft bed, but for everyone else: AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I did some research for best mattress for side sleepers, this bed showed up in 4 or 5 different reviews. Keep in mind I didn't do a deep dive to see if Nectar was paying for a good review or not, but whatever. Mattress came in big honking box, glad I checked the Amazon Setup Service (free when I bought it) because this queen size bed weighs 100 pounds and I live in an apartment. After 20 minutes of trying to get the outer plastic unraveled for the mattress (amazon dudes), we slapped the bed in the middle of the room, they took the packaging, and all was good.My bed frame was coming in 2 days after mattress delivery, so the mattress had time to breath, foam could raise a bit and I was not sleeping yet in apartment.Fast forward to having the mattress on the bed with sheets and my first night of sleep on the mattress. SLEEP was FANTASTIC, no issues with my shoulder or arm as a side sleeper like on my last foam block of concrete I had.So I am used to having rigid stiff edge to mattress. I saw Nectar on their web site quoted this ------> 8” Infinity innerspring coils with extra edge support <-------So in the middle of the night I need a bathroom break, swung my legs like I had been doing for years on previous mattress with my butt on the edge of the bed, and the EDGE JUST COMPLETELY COLLAPSES and I almost do a face plant on the floor and wall. It is going to take some MAJOR adjustments when getting out of bed to keep my butt off the edge of the mattress. Same with putting on shoes, no sitting on the edge of mattress to put on shoes, because there is no edge on this bed.I bought it for side sleeping, and it works great. I just wish I knew that the edge collapsed when you sit on it, but maybe someone did review it here on Amazon and say this and I just missed it. Hopefully in the next 90-120 days, I will re-wire my brain to not sit on the edge of the bed.

Wow! This mattress is super comfortable! We purchased this for our daughter and I amazed on how comfortable it is. We spent a lot of money on our big box store mattress and I am seriously thinking about getting rid of ours and getting this one. Very happy with the purchase and will buy again soon.

*5 month update* I really love this mattress. I meant to update the review sooner. Minimal to no back pain and sleeping better than I had before.*2 week update* I've been sleeping on the mattress over 2 weeks now. I am happily surprised to say the more I sleep on it, the more I like it. I have a pars fracture at my L5 which leaves me with back pain quite often. This mattress has allowed me a better sleep than my previous which was a serta sleeper pillow top.*update* Removed the waterproof mattress cover I had on the mattress and did not have issues with overheating and night sweats. This was great advice from a friend that I hadn't thought of. I've always used a waterproof mattress cover but the advice was it might be preventing the 'cooling' benefits.Waited 72 hours to use... Overheated from mattress which led to night sweats while AC set to 65 degrees. I'm so disappointed with the hybrid mattress.Sitting on the mattress feels like you sink in which made me worry it wouldn't provide enough support but once you lay down and weight is distributed, it's better.

Super plush, no lower back support. My lowerr back pain is worse since I started sleeñing on this mattress.

Horrible quality, i mean its a pricy mattress, it shouldnt be so bad . U can tell its been sitting in the storage for yeara . Its old , its out of shape .I gave it 3 days so maybe it would go back to a normal shape and look, it did not .Even the cover it looks so bad ,Please do not buy any mattresses online , do yourself a favor and go to a store. Waste of money and time .Its nothing even close to the description and advertisement.Almost like its a scam . Im so disappointed and angry. 😡
