I started taking this on a recommendation from a friend as I was looking for something to help with sore muscles and recovery - I am 56 and have taken up gym and cycling again after a long break. She recommended ashwagandha and montmorency cherry and this product has both plus some magnesium glycinate which is also good for someone like me. My body feels several years younger and I’m able to push myself more and lift heavier weights without feeling all sore in the morning. Also been sleeping like a log :) which is an added benefit

Can't honestly see that this is working. It doesn't seem to have made any difference at all.

Week 3 , and this is definitely helping, maybe not to get me to sleep , but definitely far less waking through the night

I’ve been taking this for about two weeks and must say I’m very super impressed with the results so far. Been sleeping like a baby and waking up refreshed and with more ‘ignition’ energy in the morning. The serving size says 3 capsules but I’m a smaller size female and find 2 pills is enough on the days when not working, only need 3 after a more demanding training session.
