This product works so much better than I expected. My expectation was that I would be able to stay asleep. The bottle says to take 3 capsules at bedtime. Because I am sensitive to medication and supplements, I started by taking 1 capsule at bedtime. It takes me about an hour to feel the full effects. The first night, I was able to go back to sleep right away after getting a drink or going to the bathroom. I woke up feeling great! I am now up to 2 capsules a night. I take them an hour before I want/need to go to sleep. I have noticed an improved mood, less anxiety, slightly better memory, far less fatigue and it is so easy to wake up. There's no grogginess in the morning. The capsules are large so may not be the easiest to swallow for those with swallowing difficulty. The directions are very easy to follow and you can adjust when you take it to fit your needs. 10/10 would recommend!

So I started taking these because I had extremely high stress levels from taking care of my mom (who had dementia) for the last 10 years of her life. But with just taking 1 of these pills at nighttime (thatwhen the cravings & restlessness kick in) Ive noticed that Im able to regain some control over my stress levels, and I dont seem to crave the foods as much. I still might get them, but before I could polish off a whole thin crust medium onion & pineapple pizza w/bbq sauce in one sitting (I told you the craving was weird, lol). Now, I might go thru 1 pizza in 2 days. Also, Im starting to crave salads again.Ive only been taking this for about 3 weeks.
