Great griddle!
My sister and I both own this griddle and both love it!I originally bought a different brand, but it burned everything. I returned the other one and bought this and have cooked on it about 30-40 times. It is perfect for eggs, pancakes, bacon, hamburgers, steaks, veggies . . .My sister gave her grill away after getting this. I still like my grill, but use this twice as often as the grill.

Tasty food, easy of use
Been using size 28 griddle for about a month now. Each time I bought food at the Mediterranean restaurant at the mall, they prepare the food in front you and I was convinced that this tool is what need.So I got. I grilled separate things over the weekend to keep in the fridge for the week. So you can imagine I used it a lot.It took sometimes to assemble.. don't remember exactly..maybe around 2 hrs.First do not skip the seasoning part before using the griddle. Check YouTube on hiw to season a griddle. Apparently it makes last long.Just connect to propane tank and push each know in to turn on and voila.I spry first with pam spray when cookingI used the griddle to grill fish.. delicious.I used the griddle for burgers, deliciousI used the griddle for chicken, deliciousI used the griddle for lamb, deliciousCleaning, drop of dish soap in water and scrub lightly. Then change water and wipe again.I have one recommendation to the designer of this griddle. The two side sections to place bowls and stuff, it would have been excellent if it accounts for drainage in case one forgets to cover and it rains. Even when covered the rain still gets to that section and I will need to drain it myself. Also the griddle cover is not meant to be closed when the griddle is on. If you want the food covered you need to buy something for that purpose

We like it.
Bought this for a few different reasons one is the fact that we have an electric stove and if power goes out we would only be able to cook on our wood burning pot belly style stove. So this is nice to be able to cook even without power. Just make sure you season well. Cook bacon on it a few times and after each cook I add a thin layer of bacon grease to ensure we avoid rust. If the wind picks up you can read about tin foil as wind guards. They have an upgraded model and if money isn’t a concern then the quality on the new Slate model is very nice and has a temp reader on it which could be helpful. Honestly for the price this model is more than fine and practical. We have a Weber traveler as well and to me I would have this model and a traveler over the $750 plus Slate version of this griddle. We are a family of 4 -2 kids and the 28” is large enough for us. If you constantly entertain large groups of 6 or more then maybe the larger size would be better and pending what you’re cooking. I can do quite a few pancakes to get everyone started and can do another batch right after. Heats quickly. If you’re trying to toast buns, sautee onions separately and cook meat all at the same time then yeah get the larger size.

It’s awesome
I received my Webber and had to wait a few days to put it together. Finally the rain stopped and I put it together. It took me about an hour to get it together. I’m a mechanic and I found it fairly easy to get together. I followed everything that Webber said to do in the directions. Also I took the time to season the griddle 7 times. I’ve heard all kinds of stories about how people’s griddle are rusting. You have to season it. I understand that you’re in a big rush to to get cooking but STOP and season your griddle. I’ve been using mine for about a month now and I clean it every time after I finish cooking just like in a restaurant. If you don’t want to take the time to season and clean your griddle then don’t purchase one. But if you willing to do the work then this is awesome. I cook Mexican Chinese hamburgers hash browns and onions. Oh the lists goes on and on. I promise if you enjoy cooking then you’ll just love this Webber

Nice griddle
Seems to be well made and cooks evenly. The griddle plate was seasoned according to Weber instructions and has no issue, it's just the surface did not seem as smooth or slick as the griddle it replaced. This could be due to it still being new and not having built up a thick seasoning layer yet. IDK.

Took a year to get my husband to use it!
Purchase Christmas 2023 for my husband. Sat in the box for 6 months until I helped him with assembly. Sat on the back patio another 6 months until Christmas morning 2024. Finally he used it to make some bacon. No looking back now. I had purchased him all of the accessories, but I think he feared the clean up. I finally showed him a video and he uses it all the time now. Said yesterday how much he loved it.

Absolutely Love this Griddle!
One of my co-workers received an outdoor griddle as a gift. He couldn’t stop talking about it. My old gas grill was finally ready for the pasture so I decided to give this griddle thing a try. I love it! I practically use this thing every day. From breakfast meals to fajitas and the all-important smash burger! Though maybe my favorite is the fried rice. I would highly recommend purchasing the Weber Griddle Essential 5 Piece Tool Set to help get things started. I looked at several different gridles and ultimately decided on this Weber 28” model. Very happy with my decision and would do it again in a heartbeat. This gridle is built with quality by a name you can trust. Very easy to assemble. I like the 3 burners and the 28” cooking surface. Also, it comes with a metal cover for the cooking surface when you are not using the grill. Cleanup is easy. The grease drain is mounted in the front making it handier to remove it. I am very happy with the purchase of this Griddle!
