Love this pasta. Easy to use, and delicious. Nice texture and can be used to make a quick meal. Use it to make pasta salads or add meat, shrimp, chicken or veggies for a one dish meal. So glad I found this after it disappeared in the local stores.

These are excellent when you only need a serving or two of macaroni. Much quicker and more convenient than having to boil water to make traditional macaroni. Tastes just the same.

I leave the professionals to offer a picture of this product. I do want to say however this pasta is easy and quick and very versatile. I like to heat it up in the microwave, add a can of Wild Planet's Tuna with Red Beans and Corn Salad, fold in 2 tbsps of pesto (I use Rao's) and sprinkle some Wonderful's chili pistachios and some shaved Parmesan Reggiano on top and you have a delicious and nutritious meal which took all of 1 minute and has only one bowl and fork for cleanup. Yep, that's a win win. A win for your mouth and belly and a win when it comes to no dishes. But you could easily add sun dried tomato pesto sauce or regular marina...I use Penne...it holds sauce well. And you can use it to make a mean fettuccine pasta as well, maybe toss in some cut up chicken...why not have a good and decent meal. Why settle? with Barilla you don't have to. The only down side is it is a bit pricey. You can probably find pre-made pasta in any grocery store at a cheaper price. But I like Barilla...they are a fav of mine and I appreciate their steady consistency and delivery of products. I like their quality. And I love pasta.

Great to have in the pantry to help make a quick dinner. Add a little chicken and sauce and microwave.

Obviously, it’s impossible to replicate home prepared pasta, but this is as close as you can get and it’s really quite good. I’ve been buying this brand for a couple of years now, and they changed the packaging & the pasta recipe recently, and improved it product in a big way. I liked it before, but it had more oil in it, which imparted a slightly odd taste, and the result was always a slightly chewy pasta even with extra microwaving. Still it was acceptable for an instant product . the new packages are 1 ounce less (7oz vs 8 oz), but for one person, it’s an excellent portion & the taste is very much improved. A great thing to have around for busy folks like me who come home from work desperately hungry, and HAVE to eat something or pass out lol. I bring them for hotel stays. Grab a jar of sauce from the local mini-mart & bingo, Micro & you’ve got a meal. I actually pack a jar in my luggage. For desperate kids at the hotel, bring a sauce packet donated from a cheap mac & cheese from home, and you can calm & comfort the little beasts without ever leaving the room. Trust me, I’ve done it!

I keep these on hand for emergencies but use them all the time. Easy enough the kids can make them. Versatile, can use with any sauce or put them into a pasta salad. Serves 2-3 fill portions as a meal or 3-6 as pasta salad. Ready in 60 seconds!!!
