This knife is really nice. Been looking at many different brands and chose this one. The size is perfect. The weight is nice. The handle is nicer than others I’ve seen and chose this knife based on the handle and finger hole in the blade. Very comfortable in the hand. This knife is extremely sharp. Also, other knives are said to rust if not treated. You do not need to treat this knife. It does not rust. I am very happy with this knife and so glad I bought it. Price point was also very attractive for what you get.

Knife is sharp, and cuts roasts easily. I used it to slice corned beef today, St. Patricks day, and it helps slice thin pieces just like the deli. The knife itself is sturdy yet beautiful. It's going to be my go to.

I found the issue with the balance. And I love the larger size to it because it can cover a wider range of meat lengths that way. It is also not too heavy. And I do find it versatile. Be careful because it is very sharp. And it comes nicely packaged. Definitely worth the money.

Very sharp right out of the box. The design makes it good for chopping stuff. Easier on the wrist than conventional shaped knives. Only thing better would be if it came in a 7 inch and 6 inch size.

I bought this cleaver about 2 months ago, and I wish I would have bought it sooner. If you're reading these reviews for the same reason I did, to see if its sharp, I can tell you this is the sharpest cleaver I have ever used. I made the mistake of hanging it up next to the sink to dry and bumper my knuckles on it and it cut me with ease. My fault, not the cleaver, but I was shocked at how easily it cut me. That was the first night. After that I was much more careful and its cut my meat and vegetables with speed and precision ever since. This has good weight and balance and I highly recommend this cleaver as long as you are careful around it.

I thought maybe I left a review, but maybe not. I'm so happy with the knife I bought one for my sister who his weakness in her arms due to a slipped disk in her neck; another one for my daughter, and 2 more for friends.I bought it just because it looked sort of cook, but it's more than cool, it's really awesome. My sister is beyond happy. Fantastic for cutting vegetables, especially the harder ones like sweet potatoes or carrots. Great for separating large quantities of meat. I was trying to use a serrated knife for cutting a bacon and egg sandwich. It was tearing it apart and then grabbed this. Cut it perfectly. Maybe I'm just too old now and get excited over little things, but I got really excited over this knife.

The knife and sheath are both better than I really expected, for the price. As a hobbyist knifemaker in earlier times, I appreciate the quality. This will perform what it's designed for as well as something more costly, while being affordable enough to be regularly used. I wanted this knife for my extensive outdoor cooking, where its shape and size are most useful, and even considered making myself one. I'm glad I didn't, and bought this, instead.

I used to have a similar knife years ago and have been looking for a replacement. This seems to be it. I like the way it feels and and how easy it is to use. I've only had it for a short time and haven't used it a lot, but I'm very happy with it.A word of warning: It is VERY sharp
