bought it back in August of this year (2023) for my 2011 Suzuki Kizashi. Installation was super easy to do on your own (installed myself, not an installer but I am a trained electronics tech) and the tool(s) and harness were good and compatible. I will say it works pretty well when it's not acting up and the sound quality is better than expected. The problems didn't begin until about 2 months after installing it; the radio stations just start cycling on their own as if someone hit a search feature when it hasn't even been touched. Once it starts, it won't stop until I turn the car off and cut the power to it. I've tried to update the firmware OTA but it just sits there doing nothing. I have just factory reset it and hoping that fixes it (fingers crossed) but for now, i have to give this a 1-star rating.

Fit my Kizashi well. I have Rockford Fosgate and it was not plug and play but I was able to splice on the correct plug and it works good. Steering wheel controls work, but had a hard time figuring out how to wire and set them up. There is an owners manual file on the radio but I was never able to access it. Only got a file error message. Very happy with it after getting past those few things.

Bought it to enhance my car’s look and for the backup camera but ended up ruining my cars sound. With this radio as soon as you turn on the car it’s loud and you also on volume 1 it’s seems like volume 9 on a regular radio

Bought my first one in November screen went black after a month got a replacement was really good for a while before the volume started doing what it wanted on its own and today I started my car and went to use it and I can’t use the touch screen just stopped working
