As someone who attends a lot of meetings, the Taja meeting notebook has been the perfect tool to help me stay organized. Each page includes dedicated sections for the date, time, attendees, meeting objective (which I personally use as the meeting title), detailed notes, and a checklist for action items. If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce the space allocated to action items in favor of more room for note-taking—but that’s purely a personal preference. I often extend my notes into the “takeaway” section, which isn’t the neatest approach, but it works for me. One of my favorite features is the variety of color options. I enjoy picking a new color each time I fill up a notebook. The cover is also sturdy enough to withstand being carried from one meeting to the next without damage. Overall, this notebook strikes an outstanding balance between form and function.

I purchased this to improve my note-taking during meetings, and it has been incredibly helpful for staying organized and ensuring tasks are noted and completed on time. However, I wish there were more design options and a larger section for listing attendees. With 15-20 individuals in a meeting, the current space is far too small. Despite that, the layout is efficient and practical for tracking responsibilities. Overall, it’s a useful tool with room for improvement.

I work remotely and I struggle to take notes on my computer during meetings. I need that pen to paper contact to really make a memory. This meeting notebook is beyond easy to use. The layout is organized and thoughtful. Each page has designated places for the key info you need for a meeting summary. The quality of the book is excellent, I would say that the paper is on the thinner side so avoid heavy pens/markers and opt for a traditional thin pen. This has changed how I participate and actively listen in meetings - so useful!
