For the most part these cartridges are a good value and work as advertised. However if you have a problem with a cattridge there is no resolution. I have purchased several four packs in the past year with no problems. However luck would have it in the last two a Magenta cartridge simply quit, like it was out of toner after 10 days. I replaced it with a new one and it shades the paper in pink. compaired to the price of HP cartridges I believe we are quite a ways ahead and simply have to eat a few bad ones. Five stars for the ones that work..
