My DS1522+ already came with one 8GB stick. This was extremely easy to install and despite synology DSM claiming it “may not be” compatible, it is 100% compatible and in perfect working order. Big upgrade for a very cheap price! No brainer purchase.

Maxed out the memory in my Synology DS923+. Worked perfectly, no issues. Very affordable solution.

Fantastic memory. Added to a DS1621+ and it just works, no warnings, no errors. Totally seamless. Ran overnight memory test, successful. Highly recommended for Synology DS1621+ in 2025.

Purchased this memory for my Synology NAS. The replacement was fairly easy, the memory slot is within the hdd bays so it was a little odd. All in all the memory is functioning well and have had no issues with it so far. It’s OWC so shouldn’t be bad, I’ve had used this for other computer and never had an issue and wouldn’t expect one now.
