works on 01 grand marquis
works on 98 grand marquis. fits perfect and works well at a fraction of cost. just dont run low on fuel to reduce risk of pump burning up because it is a cheaper pump as seen by price

Garbage
I knew when I bought this that it wouldn't last long but I expected it to last longer than 2 months. It was easy to install and the housing is decent enough but the pump is garbage. Within a month it started having issues when it was hot even though I never let the fuel drop under half a tank. I am a mechanic by trade so I'm not new to this. Use rock auto or parts geek if you need a cheap fuel pump, at least you will get a year or more from their parts

Works Great/Awesome
This Unit Looked Much Better Than The Original Unit I Removed From Tank( 180,000 MILES ON ORIGINAL FUEL PUMP ) I HAD ; Looks Better Quality Than Original Unit ; Was "EASY TO INSTALL" ; Problem Was "Removal of Existing Fuel Pump" Which I Did Without a Problem & Some Help From "YOU TUBE" Video's ; It Took About 2 Days For This NEW Fuel Pump Unit To "SYNC"/"Calibrate" With Dash Display "FUEL GAUGE" ; Don't Know Why That "IS" , BUT "NOW WORKS GREAT" ; I SUSPPECTED Fuel Pump Was FINISHED , But I Kept Driving ; Many TImes Had "HARD TO START" Problem ; Finally Tried to Start One Day In Drive Way & It "WOULD NOT START" ; That's When I checked Fuel Pressure Valve In Motor Compartment & It Was ZERO ; MORAL: WHEN YOUR CAR HAS 150,000 MILES ON IT , TIME TO "CHANGE OUT PARTS" "IF NOT SOONER" , I "LEARNED THE HARD WAY " "NOT" !!!!!!

Wrong connection.
Seems to work i just installed it right now. I had previously ordered one for a newer model crown vic which only came with one hose. When I received this one it looked like the right one so I went ahead and installed it. When I got to the end making the last connection it would not go in. Its already in a tough spot above the tank so I thought it was just cause of the placement. Later I realized it was not even the same connection. The new one has a different connection that will not go in to the old plug. I turned the car on and it seems fine but its throwing a code because one connection is missing. Im going to keep the pump and see if I can rewire the old plug to make it fit. Please fix this issue..
