I wasn't sold on whether this works for anxiety until I tried it. I previously bought some gummies, which I later learned the ingredients weren't what research says I should be looking for.I never thought I had anxiety but life's been more than normal so I wanted to try this. Cortisol gets elevated during stress, which can increase cholesterol, so we'll see what my next blood work shows! I'm trying everything I can before I have to resort to prescription medication, which has many painful side effects.

I've been buying my family's Ashwagandha supplement from a different online store. But when I went to reorder, the other store was out of stock, so I came to Amazon to find a comparable supplement. Now I'm so glad that the first store ran out. This brand's supplement is stronger and therefore we only need to take one capsule vs two every morning. And even though this is stronger, it is less expensive! That's a huge win! I feel like this is a great quality as I have extra energy and stamina during my days. I've been ordering this now for six months and have never had any problems. Yes, I highly recommend this Ashwagandha supplement.

It’s calming helps to sleep well .great value

I love how these make me feel. I go to sleep with ease and I’m less stressed. I started taking in the morning because research stated this strain of Aswaghada is best for mornings but I noticed I’ll get sleepy within a hour of taking it so I switched to nights and it works fine. No complaints

I think this does make me feel less anxious. I feel more productive, but there is a huge trade off. You feel very irritated on the small things. So irritated that you will have make rash decisions and abrupt emotionally reactions. It's a numb sensation. I don't recommend this for long-term use at all.
