The Seat Shop Driver Replacement Foam Cushion (Fits 2015-2017 Ford F150 Lariat)

I bought this seat foam for my 2019 F150 XLT drivers seat, even though it was listed as 2015-2017 year. It fits perfectly. The density of the foam is better, seems like it will last longer than the 80000 miles the original did. The clips that engage the seat upholstery seams, to keep the fabric from bunching up, worked perfect as well. You wouldn't know it was ever replaced until you sit on it and it's way more comfortable that the original Ford cushion. I give it 11/10. Install took me only two hours because I was taking my time and I cleaned the seat before reinstallation.

Not too bad to install, although I'd recommend removing the seat from the vehicle completely and work on a sturdy worktable. If you have factory heated and cooled seats, the type with ductwork that pipes air into the seat, pay particular attention to how the ducts line up when installing the cushion. I thought I had it and realized after putting the seat back in the truck that something was amiss so I had to do it all over again. I'm getting pretty good and taking the seat in and out now. Be careful around all the stamped steel parts under the seat, they are sharp!

The description doesn't include the model year for the truck I have, but I say another review that said it would fit, so I bought it. I can confirm it fits. I reused the original upholstery but the foam on the underside of the upholstery is kind o thin, so I went to JoAnn Fabric and bought some heavy fabric that is soft and would take adhesive well. I bought the spray can of gorilla glue fabric adhesive. I cut the fabric to match the shape of the seat pad sections and glued the fabric to the underside foam of the cover. What a difference it made! The pad fits snug in the upholstery and now it feels so much more durable. Make sure you watch the video. It's super helpful. The QR code comes with the cushion. They also have a link for finding an installer if you don't want to do it yourself. But it really is a quick job if you have the tools; Flathead screwdriver, ratchet and 13 mm socket, (these 4 bolts are tight, so you should use a 3/8 drive.) and you need a torc T-20 bit for 2 small screws on the rail cover. That was all I used outside of the scissors for the fabric. Worth the money!

Replaced the cushion in our Ford pick. Was easy to install and much more comfortable now with some cushion under us.

Fit better thank stock and comfortable

Product fit like it should, I did not have to remove the seat from the truck. The heates & cooled seat works as it should. Seat feels a tad taller because its not worn out like the old cushion. It feels like a brand new seat again and comfortable. So far it was Not a bad purchase at all. Ive only had it in for 2 weeks so far & its just fine.. only time will tell

This worked in my 2018 with heated seats. Had to carefully peel the heating element off the factory pad. But worth it. I also have this foam in another truck. Holds up great.

We ordered this replacement seat foam to replace the driver seat and our Ford F150 truck. Literally made our seat feel like it was brand new again fit perfectly. They have a great instructional video on how to install it. Excellent quality fit perfect. Highly recommend.
