Pros- they're easy enough to chew and swallow, although they do stick to my teeth a little more than other gummies- you can definitely taste that there's something in there so it's not just a really sweet gummyCons- some people might be slightly off put by the slight taste of something. It tastes like when I used to swallow omega 3 capsules in the gel cases so I'm assuming it's the omega 3There's not really many issues I can find. They are sweet enough but you can taste what I think is the omega 3 in there slightly, the orange is definitely stronger though. And they do get stuck to my teeth a little more than other gummies but it's not a major issue.It does have quite a lot of your daily vitamins required.Potentially could be helping but I'm always a bit stuffy around this time of year so I can't quite tell whether they are helping immunity but I do need a bit of omega 3 so that's mainly why I'm taking them.I can't say for sure whether they work, but given the taste I think I'm safe to assume that there's definitely some goodness for your body in there.

Im no good with swallowing tablets so i opted for these gummies/jellies. They taste orange.

These gummies arrive in a plastic bottle with a screw top lid (not a child-proof lid). There is a silver foil seal below the lid.They are a soft jellylike texture, easy to chew and easy to swallow.The writing on the label is very tiny so difficult to read - I can just about make out B3, B5, B6 and B12.There are 70 capsules in the jar and the label states recommended dose as 2 per day.My husband thinks they taste really good and I think they taste (and smell) absolutely horrible!

I like the packaging of this supplement.The fact that it's in a form of hard jellies are a great idea, it's so much nicer to take something tasty rather than a tablet. I'm really hoping for a quick results.It's a supply for a whole month and I would say after 3 months you should feel a slight difference.I would recommend it.

Tasty gummies, but I had a really bad digestive reaction to the sweeteners, what I've learned are Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). Cramps + hours in the loo. If you've got a sensitive tummy, give these a pass.
