Looking for something to “dress” up our entry door as well as something we could provide and control access and this Heantie access lock was the perfect all around fit. It easily fit into the existing lockset and deadbolt from the previous lock and we only had to drill one hole for the outside handle (at the bottom). Setup with the app and the gateway was straight forward and love the fact that I can tell Google to lock or unlock the front door. Love the auto lock feature and that you can change the length of time for the auto lock to occur. We also love the fact that each one of our family members can have their own thumbprint or fingerprint for access and that we can put temporary codes in place for anyone that needs to get in the house like an exterminator.We did have one issue, but was easily resolved. The lock wouldn’t go all the way into the deadbolt without the key. Figured it out. I had accidentally moved the locking mechanism with the key before I inserted the lock in.I had called support and left a voicemail and within four hours they were texting me back with support. However, I had already figured it out rereading the instructions and correcting my mistake.Also pay attention that you’d have to indicate in the app which way your lock motor turns I didn’t do it, but a lot of people and other post had said that their lock wasn’t working and then realize that the motor was going the wrong way. The motor direction is controlled by the app.This is the best value for my money, and kind of makes me wish I had more than one front door or door that I could use it on because I would certainly buy another one.

I needed a door handle with a keyless entry function for my front door. After looking at multiple options this one had all the functions that I needed for a great price. It was also easy to install. I have been using the lock for several months now and happy to report that I have had no issues. The wireless entry, the fingerprint entry, the keypad, and the key entry all work exactly as described. I live in a townhouse community and have already recommended the lock to others.

Was looking for a keypad door handle combination set in silver, and this looked like a really nice set and the price was more reasonable than other comparable sets I considered. Installation was fairly simple. This replaced a previously installed lock set so only minor modifications we required. The Function and Design was exactly what I was looking for. Did not used the fingerprint function I was more interested in the keypad combination code. I had a little confusion regarding the proper motor direction. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful and had me squared away in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend.. I called customer service and a few minutes before I received the call from their support team, I realized that I had the “motor “ to the right direction. The opposite way I needed. As soon as I switch to the left, my problem was fixed. That can be found on the app under “more” section. Customer service was helpful and said to call them if I needed additional assistance.

I purchased the biometric lock with key pad. Had a friend install them with ease!Setting up the app and connecting the 2 doors was easy. Gateway setup was also easy and even though I have 2 locks, 1 gateway works them both.After the app install I was setting up the codes and fingerprint. They said successful on the app however they would not engage with the locks.I reached out to tech support on a Sunday, after 6:00pm. Got vm at first however I did not leave a message, considering it was a Sunday evening.Within 10 minutes I received a text from the line asking if I still required help.Elaine quickly engaged via text then enabled a video chat with screen sharing to swiftly resolve the issue. She was wonderful!!!! I am very impressed with their support, the quality of the locks and affordable price! Highly recommended!!!!

I got this set when they were having a sale. Went to install it today and the internal latch will not unlatch with the inside handle. Outside handle will unlatch it, indoor will not. Yes it's hooked up right. Of course they aren't on sale anymore. They won't send me a replacement. Will only give me a refund which is super annoying because they aren't on sale anymore. Guess that's what I get for trying to go the more convenient route of online order vs going to the local hardware store. Never again.

Sharp looking door handle/deadbolt kit. The design of this handle also allows it to be fairly universal as the door latch and the deadbolt are adjustable for either a 60 or 70 mm offset. Installation instructions are well put together and it’s a pretty easy process. The app needs work and the only reason for a 4 star is that you have to hookup a gateway in order to remotely control the lock. It does come with said gateway, but it does add to the process. I would recommend this product if you’re in the market for one.

The lock was easy to install with the instructions being clear and comprehensive. Programming was easy after following step by step visual instructions. We really like the fingerprint entry as occasionally it is inconvenient to press the keypad. We did have a few questions after the installation. After calling the toll free number, Edward the Heantle customer service rep was more than helpful and called back to make sure there were no further questions and the product was operating as it should. I would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Update2:Following the instruction reinstalled, the issue was partially solved, but will be getting worse after turnning the handle many times. Desided to change the handle as this might because my door is thicker than others. Known this situation, the seller fully refunded my purchase! This build my confidenc to the long time using of the product and proved that there is the responsive company behind the clients, thanks Jackson and the service team!For the lock itself, I really don't have more to complain, and actually I like it a lot. The lock was built sturdy and nice looking, the keyless entry is so convenient, particular the fingerprint sensor is very responsive and efficient. My kids are able to enter the house by themself, and don't need to worry about the keylost, the autolock function is very useful too!Overall, given the quality, function, unbeatable service and price, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a decent keyless door lock!Update1:The seller reached out me regarding the issue - with patience and was professional. It seems due to the design/installment but not the quality. I will be following up to see whether the issue would be addressed and update the review. 5 star now given the excellent service.The original review:The handle cannot open from inside after 1 month! see the pics, the latch just cannot fully move back, you must ask someone else open it from outside. I was locked inside my house and have to use back door to get out, this could be very dangerous, I was shocked that a latch could have this type of issue.

Great lock like everyone else has said. Very quiet, keypad and fingerprint sensor work very well. Easy to use. Highly recommended.
