Absolutely worth it. Deadly accurate (literally)
Have had a few different brands in my life. Was a Barnett user for a few in a row and they went downhill on their higher end models. Last minute change right before season, went with this. Charlie Brown in the review below clearly didn't load the bolt correctly. So yes they wouldn't warranty misuse. I had a minor issue with the accudraw, Called Tenpoint and with them an hour away from me, drove it there and they were very helpful and fixed the issue immediately in time so I didn't have to miss the beginning of the season. Out of the 9 bolts I have for it, had one that was consistent low left. Marked it and use it for a discharge arrow. At 50 yards, I can basically RobinHood the bolts if I try for the same spot on the target. Day 2 of the season, got a decent buck with this and have it on video, extremely accurate and consistent, hut exactly where aiming. No issues other than the crank and they fixed immediately. They actually gave me free bolts for bringing it to them and apologized. So yes, they do have great customer service. I did add the Tenpoint string dampening system because it was a bit loud for my liking, but the dampener for $50ish made it significantly quiet.

Could do better
Got the bow faster than expected, which was a huge plus, the package arrived in great shape. The bowl is packed real nice. Putting the bow together was a breeze with good instructions and coming out of the box. It was pretty much on at 20 yards. The disappointing part was the foot stirrup is tiny, I don’t think you’re grown man could use it. The Accu cranking system has a plastic housing around it that is extremely thin and if the string coming out of it to cock your crossbow rubs against it, it phrase the string I mean in parentheses string. The string will break relatively quickly because of the frame so I ordered a manual caulking sled for it, but can’t use the stirrup with my foot to hold it to it because it’s too tiny. So I am very disappointed in these two things. I think this could be engineered a lot better and quit being cheap.

Awesome
Accurate right out of the box at 60 yds. Love it.

Scope cover broken off
I was excited to receive the crossbow but as I was almost ready to assemble after reading the instructions I noticed that the rear scope cover was broken off. I could have kept it but for the cost I am not going to keep a crossbow that is not as good as advertised. So, I boxed it all up again with disappointment and returned it. There was no option to replace it or replace the scope. The fact that it was made in the U.S.A. appealed to me. Hopefully this was an exception and not the rule.
