nice toy
these routers are remarkably dumb for something in their price range. the firmware can only be updated with a paid subscription. without it, you're stuck with whatever the router came with. only 4 static dhcp leases may be assigned at any given time. dhcp leases do not show a hostname field, so you must be able to recognise your devices by their mac addresses like any self-respecting nerd. if you are comfortable with having to pay for vulnerability patches, this is a mediocre toy. the hardware is rather robust(el). sadly the software most certainly isn't.
