I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent guitar purchase. The instrument arrived in a damaged condition, with the back and sides broken. I was incredibly disappointed and immediately contacted customer support to arrange a replacement.To my further dismay, the replacement package was missing essential accessories, such as a pick and strap. This company clearly has no regard for quality control or customer satisfaction.I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their products are of poor quality, and their customer service is non-existent. I will be pursuing a full refund and exploring all available options to address this unacceptable situation.
