So very easy to put together legs were neatly packed away in a little zipper on the sofa, so no hunting round for parts, not used it as a sofa bed yet but it seems sturdy enough

For sleeping, its comfortable and like a firm mattress. Folds out to a good size single. Just in love with how it looks as a sofa. Could fit three people on it and really good quality. Not too wide as a sofa which is ideal for spare rooms/studies. Was so easy to assemble. Great quality sofa and bed. Highly recommend!

It came easy to assemble although we couldn’t find them legs lol they were in a little zip compartment on underside of sofa .It’s just as described reclines in different positions and just click forward then back to adjust and make fully flat . It’s perfect for us for grandson staying over but may be bit short if for a tall adult .Very happy and would recommend

I brought this as I'd moved into a new flat unfurnished from my old place that came furnished so needed a sofa/ bed quicklyFirst problem was the length. I'm 5'7 and when I lay on it my legs were dangling over the end if you're 5'3 or more you'll have to sleep curled up also sofa itself is very hard you'll need extra cushions to sit on and definitely a mattress topper. After a month it broke the click- clack mechanism broke the back would no longer stay upI think if you were buying it for an occasional overnight guest (as long as they're not too tall) it would be OK

I just tried to contact the Zinus customer service but after several attempts it seems that the service page doesn't work. It is impossible to send the form off. Please someone contact me about a refund or replacement.

Decent sofa bed, been using for a while and cushions seem to be going down, not good for the support being in the middle! Easy to assemble however
