Healthy, tasty, and fun to eat!
Excellent product. Very close to authentic Japanese made natto. Product arrives fresh and ready to eat. I put half in the fridge and the other half in the freezer immediately upon arrival and it stays fresh. I usually eat 1/2 a container a day. Shipping is slow and expensive, but it is worth it since natto is not available in food form locally. I started buying natto because it is an excellent source of vitamin K2, which builds bones. Doctors at NYU Langone Medical Center have recommended natto in food form to prevent bone loss. I am going to begin an anti-hormone therapy due to breast cancer. The anti-hormone drugs deplete calcium resulting in bone and tooth loss. I anticipate my proactive approach will prevent issues down the road.

I loved it!!
This is the first time I had tasted Natto; although I've been curious about it for a long time. I just love the taste and consistency after preparing it with condiments of my choice. However, I do consider the price a bit on the expensive side even if I understand the seller had good reason to charge it. Being on fixed income makes it difficult for me to order it as often as I want, but I will decidedly order as much/as often as I can afford to. I also take into consideration that this product has vast health benefits, so that makes my indulgence much more then a pure vice. LOL

Real Authentic Natto. Highly Recommended.
I highly recommend Rhapsody Natural Foods’ natto.Being Japanese myself and growing up with natto, I know how good natto should taste. The shipment arrives substantially faster in a good package. The company’s response to my inquiry was within one day, which I appreciated. These containers are packed cold in a styrofoam container with ice. It is a challenge to ship such fresh food during summertime.What I received was warm due to UPS transit in summer. Per package instructions, I immediately put all containers in a refrigerator. By the evening, I was enjoying a good volume of fresh natto. The amount of natto (100g) in each container is at least twice the amount of smaller natto packages found in the freezer section of Asian markets.I am sure each person has his/her way of eating natto. I usually put one fresh egg yolk, a bit of yellow mustard, and soy sauce. Then, using chopsticks, I stir the natto really well. Finally, I pour the natto mixture over a bowl of warm Japanese rice. On occasion, I will wrap a slice of nori over it.You will not regret ordering Rhapsody Natural Foods’ natto. It is a real thing.

My recent order of a Natto Case expires shortly!
I just got 12 Natto containers that are "best by June 17, 2024". How am I going to eat all of that by then? that's not good!!!! Otherwise the Natto tastes great but at least 8 of them will not be as good because you're supposed to have 3 1/2 servings per piece. upsetting.

Healthy Organic
I enjoy this large bean organic natto (fermented soybeans). While I can purchase natto from a local Korean market for far less money, I cannot obtain an organic fermented soybean produce in my area. Compared to natto available in the South Bend, Indiana region this natto is superior. The serving size per container is about double. The taste is milder too. Now I understand that natto does not appeal to everyone, even in Japan. It is definitely an acquired taste. Even the scent of natto can be off putting to the novice. Fortunately, the nose is distinctly more approachable than some brands. If you like natto I recommend that you try this. For those readers who are curious about this legendary food source I recommend that you start with a small portion on rice. I personally add Dijon mustard which I whip into the natto with a fork before topping my brown rice with it. Like yoghurt, sauerkraut, heavy cheeses, et cetera this food source is nutritious (and even delicious). “Ganbatte!”

Great Natto!
I’ve had many kinds of Natto and I eat it regularly. Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but once they came packed well and kept cool I was a little relieved. After eating them they’re great and exactly what I look for in a Natto plus I love that they come in small containers. I’ll be buying again and often.
