This machine is the worse machine I have ever had. It pushes the fabric away from the feed, it sees so slow , the bobbin jumps all over in the bobbin case.You know the saying “ you get what you pay for” Well that is exactly that! Don’t waste your money.

UPDATED 5/16/25- I’m very pleased with the customer service I received. The company reached out to me immediately to make things right, and I was issued a refund. For me, excellent customer service makes all the difference. When a seller stands behind their product and takes the initiative to resolve issues, I truly respect and appreciate that.While I still do not recommend this particular machine, I do recommend doing business with a company that demonstrates such a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of that, I would consider purchasing or trying other products from them in the future.PREVIOUS REVIEW 5/13/2025Horrible machine. I wish these reviews were here before I purchased this "sewing machine". But, now I can warn others to not waste their hard earned dollars. Where do I begin... I purchased this just for small tasks, such as hemming a pant leg or taking in the waist on my tops (thinner material). Nothing major at all. It does not sew properly, it actually sews the opposite way you need it to sew! Why was it sewing backwards? I have no idea. Anything thicker than a thin piece of material it would not even sew. It would stop, the light would flicker, and the pedal would not respond. Also, the tensile strength on the thread was wayyyy too tight and would not loosen! I kept breaking the thread cuz it was soooo tight when I tried to pull it! And yes, I had it turned to "0" as lose as it would go.I can say more, but I am getting irritated just thinking about this horrible purchase again.I do not recommend.

This is great for small projects or a first timer to learn on. It is definitely not as smooth as my baby lock but it's light weight and will work great for smaller projects or when I am transporting it. Design is fine but not amazing. The needle did break on the first day though.

The first one didn’t work, and than I got a replacement. The same bran new one , same brand and same model, and not working, just shooting blanks. I wouldn’t recommend it. Waist of my time.

This machine is missing the power cord adapter, the buttonhole presser foot, and the buttonhole plate. I don't want to return the machine I just want those items mailed to me so I can use it. Without the power cord it's useless.
