Top quality lights
These lights are amazing, really well put together, the light from them is a warm white very nice. Remote has several really useful functions.

Great quality
Got two sets for my summer house and gazebo. Look amazing and they're really good quality compared to my last ones which were more expensive. The "bulbs" are polycarbonate which means they won't break in the wind

Festoon Lights
These look pretty on my outdoor pergola but are not very bright. More for a nice visual than a practical purpose.

UPDATED: Excellent After-Sales Service
UPDATED: I was subsequently contacted by the after-sales manager who immediately despatched a replacement set of lights. Everything is now working fine.ORIGINAL: The lights are fine and do the job but the remote control simply does not work. I have even replaced the battery but still no joy.

Weather proof
These are truly wonderful; they offer exceptional value. I easily linked two together and installed them in my back garden. They look fantastic and have withstood the recent wet and windy weather, proving their durability. They are also practical, offering various brightness levels and convenient on/off switching and remote control management.

Poor remote, no spare bulb.
The remote control has a very limited range, almost irrelevant, and there is no spare bulb.

Remote control only works within 0.5m of plug
Purchased these, tested indoors before hanging outdoors and then they didn't work, so I am returning them. The issues:(1) Remote only works when within 0.5m of the plug (unlike the replacement product I bought where the control works 8m away from my house(2) They didn't work after I hung them and so I am returning them(3) The end cable was unprotected, ie it didn't have a cap on the end where you are able to add further lights and so this was a hazard(4) Poor brightness from what I saw in my initial indoor test (esp compared to the lights I bought instead)(5) Auto-off settings 6h and 8h which is way to long in my view (replacement lights have 3h and 5h, which are more sensible in my view)
