I like this magnesium spray. The bottle sprays well and the magnesium absorbs well into my skin without feeling too oily or sticky. The bottle contains a generous size so it lasts a very long time.

I've been using magnesium lotion for almost a year with wonderful results. It eases anxiety and helps me sleep better, and the difference is quite noticeable. I thought the spray would be equally effective but it feels a bit sticky and I don't get the same positive results that I do with the lotion. I would not get this again.

This is a good magnesium spray. It goes on with a nice, fine mist from the sprayer. I use it on my knees before bedtime to help with minor aches and pains and I do notice about a half an hour after applying it, I get very sleepy. This spray is unscented. I like that this spray is from Canada. This spray does sting when sprayed on freshly shaved legs so beware. I have only used this on my legs and can't imagine spraying this on my face as a toner because what if it got in my eyes?! This spray is a little pricier than other magnesium sprays I have tried. Overall, this is a good magnesium spray and I am happy to have it because it helps with soreness and sleep. I would recommend this magnesium spray.

I am a soccer referee, and might do anywhere from 1 to 4 (sometimes more) matches a day. After such long hours on my feet, running back and forth, my legs and feet are always sore and aching the next day; if not the same day. After searching for a solution to help alleviate some of the pain I found Bolton's Natural Magnesium Chloride Spray. I've used it in the past and find it to be very effective and high quality. I keep it in my referee bag and spray it on between games and at home recovering. I like the spray instead of a lotion because it is quick and easy to apply. It is easy to rub in and dries quick. If you use to much it is still fine, but it might leave a white powdery residue (the magnesium chloride). It quicky absorbs through the skin and offers quick relief. The quantity is very generous for the price and there are no fillers. I highly recommend this spray.

This unscented Canadian magnesium spray relieves minor aches and induces sleepiness. Best for body use, not facial as I made the mistake of using it after shaving earlier in the day, and it stung quite a bit. That said it does give me a bit of drowsiness after using it, which helps me get to sleep.

This comes in a very standard spritz bottle, and the liquid sounds thin when you shake it, but on the skin it's quite oily/greasy- that must be the magnesium part. Maybe that's what helps keep in on your skin longer? I do NOT have sensitive skin by any measure, I can use heavily fragranced products, chemical exfoliants, and tretinoin. But oh my goodness, this started stinging on my skin in matter of moments, and I only sprayed it on my legs. I had to wash it right off, I couldn't stand the stinging sensation. On sensitive skin I can't even imagine how much it would sting!! It wasn't so much of a burning sensation as it was being constantly pricked by tiny needles. I just re-read the packaging, the ingredient list just says distilled water and magnesium chloride. It says it can be used on your face!! But it does have a small note saying that if you have sensitive skin you'll want to dilute it a bit in a skin friendly oil or water, and that you can rinse after a few minutes, if desired. I might try it again but mix it 50/50 with water, except I'll need a second spray bottle for that, or I'll have to dump half this bottle down the drain and refill with water.

This product has 5 stars for multiple reasons.I will start with the fact that it is magnesium chloride and NOT magnesium sulfate...magnesium chloride absorbs much better! This product also comes in a very good spray bottle in that it sprays a very fine mist. I do love a fine mist spray of magnesium because I can rub it into my skin better and it doesn't roll off in big drops before I can get it rubbed in.This has NO fragrance whatsoever so many people may like that.I like how this product seems to be honest and they don't call this magnesium oil as it is not oil based. You can actually add your favorite carrier oil to this spray or even add water if you like.Product is made in Canada which I also like.I use this at night after showering and I do not wash it off. I want the full benefits from as most absorption as possible.Highly recommend this magnesium spray.
