I bought this product after careful reviews and survey. And followed a few YouTube videos on comparison with other similar products. So far all the the good feedback have come true. It's a good value for money, all in one unit considering that sound systems come with varied dynamics and nuances.There is no direct helpline number to call for support, neither a service centre in our city. Nevertheless, backup support is ok where once you share your concern with image or video evidence over email, service engineer from outsourced local agencies visit your premises and resolve issues.

Inadequate Customer Service Response from GOVO:**- I registered a complaint on GOVO's official website, but the issue was closed without any communication, call, or message, and without resolving the problem.- There is no accessible customer service number, which has prevented me from obtaining any further assistance.**4. Quality Concerns:**- Given the poor functionality of the product and lack of support, I am concerned that I may have received a defective or refurbished item.- I am extremely disappointed in the product’s quality and the lack of support from GOVO.**5.
