This is one of the mother sauces that make sauces in cooking. I would make this from scratch, but I am too lazy. Th Knoors brand is the best out of all of them

Only Knort will do. Great taste.
Only consider the Knort brand...ten times better than the others and so easy to make. Dip your steak in it and enjoy.

NOt as good as it used to be
I've been buying the Knorr Bernaise for at least 40 years. The last few packets have been tasteless. I thought my daughter was doing something wrong so I bought fresh packets and made one myself. Its useless. If I want butter and milk on my food then I can just do that. It almost tasted like a lite cheese sauce. I cant taste any tarragon.
