I got this so that I can make a system that will flip a panel from in front of a telescope, to sit on it's side. Have a feeling that the 45Kg may be overkill, but the 270 degree rotation is spot on. Have been able to easily confirm that I can get the full throw using a micro controller and the pulse widths stated. Looking forward to designing and building the rest of the project now that I have the mechanical movement part of the project sorted out.

At first, I thought this would be an excellent steering servo for my latest RC rock crawler car design. On torque test, it produced 40.2 kg-cm at 8.4 volts and 5.5 amps. Unfortunately, when the car's drive motor was working card, interference from the speed controller pulses caused the servo to drive all the way to its end stop. The other servos in the car were not affected, so I had to return this servo for credit.

Servo didn't last 5 minutes before letting out the smoke. BEC output 7.4v verified. Burnt up just setting still.

This servo was advertised as waterproof and although you can never be totally waterproof this servo failed in one afternoon. Other cheaper servos I have used last at least 2-3 months. Not cheap and not very good. Not value for money
