I used to buy the loose ones on another site however this comes with a little tub which is great because I used to actually lose them all the time. I was going to decide between silicone and the one and I settle for this one because I’m so used to the foam ones it’s effectiveness is great. The size is great it is quite clean. You don’t really need to clean them. Nothing comes out of my ears on them and I mean you can reuse them & it has little case which is so good I used to keep losing mine I useless because my cat keeps me up at night and meows so I’m hoping that she won’t keep doing that and if I keep using the earplugs, she will actually get into the same routine as I do. You just put it right inside your ear wait until it phones up and that’s it basically it’s reusable it’s durability is good. It’s sticking this is good. I’d buy this again. 100%. Especially because of the price to.

I have loud neighbours who tend to be heavy footed. I managed to get a good nights sleep using these. I would say it feels a little bit weird when you try to put them in your ears but it’s fine.
