I have a added a photo to show size and shape..The bears are sometimes a bit uneven but as you take 2 of them it is easy to just take one larger and one smaller at the same time..I don't feel this is a problem..These gummies are slightly chewy and I found they are more likely to stick to my teeth than others but I still think they are quite easy to digest..I do like the flavour and hope they are doing some good although I cant be certain as also increased inhalers but will stick with them and see how I get on

These are very hard in texture for a 'gummy' vitamin, although not necessarily in a bad way.The flavour is mild but pleasant.I like that they're vegan, as that isn't very common for things of this type.I'm not sure of the actual effects of the gummies as I take them in combination with others.

I love using mushrooms as a dietary supplement for wellbeing, but I must say that these gummies left me a bit underwhelmed. The texture is almost too firm, veering into “sticks to your teeth” territory which I am too old to want to deal with! Likewise the flavour is pleasant enough, but not particularly interesting or natural-tasting - the ingredients specify “mixed berry” but I wouldn’t have been able to discern that on my own. “Generic fruit flavour” comes closer. Considering they are pretty middle-of-the-road in terms of both flavour and texture, I’d want to see significant results which, to be fair, I never expect to be certain of with short term use, nor have I found any noticeable effects yet from there. At the current price of £19.99 for just over a month’s supply, they just aren’t obviously doing enough for me to recommend them.
