AVOID. I've sat in more comfortable dentist chairs than this, definitely don't buy.
Let me tell you about this chair. It is not worth the money you pay for it. The description and pictures definitely don't match up with the actual chair and it's not comfortable, quality or supportive at all.The "HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL" is in fact not velvet, It's cheap scratchy material that smells, the "MASSAGE LUMBAR SUPPORT" is in fact a tiny little vibrating motor, wedged into some foam, which doesn't make even a tickle on your back. The "SOLID CONSTRUCTION EASY ASSEMBLY" is in fact not true in the slightest. It took us about an hour to put it together because the holes for the screws were mismatched, the instructions were not clear, things didn't tighten properly and after putting most of it together we realised it was in fact defective and so the back cushion didn't fit into the hole provided to connect the back cushion to the main seat and so if you move it, slightly lean back or breathe the whole thing falls apart.All in all this is terrible. You are wasting your money buying this and then to return a van has to be sent out, it has to be processed and it can take up to 30 DAYS to get your money back in the form of an amazon voucher or even longer if you want it returned to you bank. Do yourself a favour and find another chair.

Ok but not great
Does the job. Quality of material isn't great. Looks ok but not as nice in reality as photos on Amazon show. Took about an hour to assemble as holes didn't line up well with screws so needed to manipulate to make it line up/ assemble.Sturdy enough for a child but not sure about an adult in the larger side.Ok- ish for a kids room but wouldn't recommended of you want it for a nice office space.

It's okay
Easy to put together back supports once tightened to hight you want becomes flimsy n pops out as plastic that holds it together is brittle, shape warps so back support dosnt go all way back in.The seat is flat and for me it causes uncomfortableness after hour of sitting in it

Cheap crap that they can't even package correctly.
Doesn't look too bad, but feels cheap and tacky. Feels fragile, not sure it'll stand much punishment, probably alright for a kid for their first gaming chair. Does NOT come with massage pillow, comes with a normal mubar pillow with no way to attach it, and a USB powered vibrator with some foam cut out of the pillow for it to sit in.Mine also came with two left hand arm rests, so I'm currently trying to get the company to send me correct bloody one.

Difficult to set up
Once it finally arrived I was difficult to set up as you have to install foot rest and maksure you do it the correct way up.I don't recommend this company or chair there's better out there which I have found since this purchase

Little bit short
Fine on the whole but a little bit low. Could do with an extra 2 inches of height on the seat.
