We spent this evening assembling and installing this door. Here's our feelings about it ...First, I was way skeptical about buying a flat pack unassembled door. However, it's quite well constructed and was very easy to assemble. Nothing in the directions mentioned the washers that were leftover when I was done putting it together. They are not in the pictures. They didn't appear necessary so I didn't disassemble the door and use them - but you probably should use them. Nevertheless, the door is beautiful. Like any mdf door, it is very heavy. I assumed that I would eventually build my own door, and we'll see how the mdf fares in a humid bathroom, but right now - I don't see myself replacing it.The rail system is basic and smooth as butter. The instructions are excellent - except after following the directions exactly our door catches on the floor ever so slightly when it's fully closed. It's because, like most houses, the floor isn't perfectly level. There's nothing in the instructions guiding you how to accommodate for this. I will take the door down and sand a quarter inch from the bottom to fix it.The hardware is very nice. It looks very premium. This is definitely worth the money. It's an amazing value.We bought an aftermarket guide for the bottom of the door that mounts to the wall. The guide that comes with the door must be mounted to the floor. We are installing over tile so didn't want to hassle with that.If you are hesitating to buy this system because you think it will look cheap or not be decent quality - I'd recommend giving it a try. Any DIYer could figure this project out.

The door is well made and very easy to assemble. I'll admit the instruction measurements took me a bit to understand. I would recommend making sure the walls on all 4 sides are plumb. I had to remove the door and add washers to clear the wall on the sides. Make sure the floor is flat with now bows.

Very nice. I'm happy with it. I definitely would have gone a little larger so light doesn't shine through in the sides. I got it 2 inches larger on ea side. I think 4 in larger on ea side would have been better. But it still looks great. Aldo great price! Lowe's prices are ridiculous!

I like the look of this door. It was very easy to put together. However, i was very disappointed to learn that it was too heavy to hang up without installing a header first, which was NOT included. The directions recommend a header for every installation- so why not include one?

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this!! Everything was packaged so well, there was absolutely no damage!! I am 53 years old woman, and found this extremely easy and intuitive when assembling by myself!!! The railing is extremely strong and was easy to assemble as well. The door glides smoothly!!! It withstood my 3 year old grandson!!! 😂I would definitely recommend!!! 👍

Luv Luv Luv my barn door. I used it on the master bathroom. which was small to begin with. Having a traditional door took up just too much space. This works like a charm and gives me more space

I ordered 2 of these doors and they were both damaged. This came from the factory this way qc didn’t do their job!
