Can't comment on supplement efficacy in these reviews, but I can say that these are a practical and convenient way to get more omegas in your diet. The pills aren't too big and they're a good shape for consumption. The fact they're high strength means you don't need to take multiple pills a day either. Recommended.

It's good that Equazen has captured the fatty oils from Sardines, Anchovies and Mackerel as the simple smell of these 3 fish being cooked makes me immediately ill and if I want to benefit from the known properties and benefits of Omega 3 & 6 oils on brain and body functions this now allowed me to try it without nausea.Professionally packed and meant to be swallowed not chewed just before food, they are shaped well and easy to take, I didn't notice any after taste or repetition of gas once taken and overall it was not a problem taking.The pack supplied, at the recommended dose will last 30 days and the manufacturer advises a 3 month regime before you will notice any change, so effectively, if followed, you will be spending 120gbp or so to see if it works.If I am being realistic, that is a significant outlay prior to seeing any potential benefit, especially when other Omega 3&6 competitors are far lower- the refined oil will give a bigger benefit, but I am hesitant to adopt this given the high cost, whilst it's far cheaper than a side of salmon a week, there are other sources at a lower cost and I didn't find a measurable impact (in fairness as the manufacturer confirmed) in my personal experience in the trial period to wholeheartedly recommend it's performance.

Easy to take capsules as they are fairly small in size. Take half an hour before food. No taste, which is great. Good option to support your brain function and suitable for the whole family from 5 years on.

I had never heard of the brand "EQUAZEN" before and as such it should come as no surprise that this is my first experience with these specific 'Triple Strength Blister Omega 3 & 6 Supplement 60 One-a-Day Capsules'.They arrive in a light outer cardboard box and inside there are foil-covered plastic trays with pills per tray. As I have already said there are a total of 60 pills and you are recommended to take two per day, making it a 30 day supply. It is interesting that the side of the box recommends 2 per day (for the first three months) but the listing title here on Amazon says one per day...They are capsules as opposed to tablets or chews and I wash them down quickly with water when I take them. I point this out because I believe they are tasteless and odourless, although I take them down quickly so I don't notice a taste if it is there - but I do not believe that it is.I'm happy with them, so far so good. Of course it is early days and too early for me to speak of any health benefits but the capsules seem high quality and well made and I am happy to keep taking them for the foreseeable future. Given the relatively high cost of the product I am unsure if I will look to order more in the long run. For now I only really feel comfortable giving a four star review.

These omega supplements are great! I have found that they have had a positive effect on my concentration, memory and brain function. My sons have been using these capsules daily for a week now. They have had no issues with swilling the capsules with water and haven’t complained about any tastes.

If you’re looking for an Omega 3 fish oil that also includes some GLA then these capsules may be worth a try, they are small, easy to take and leave no aftertaste. I feel the EPA/DHA/GLA content is fairly modest given the high price point.I won’t be switching to these as unlike my current brand, disappointingly they don’t publish their third party lab reports. I prefer the transparency of making these available so you can check and compare the actual tested levels of heavy metals and oxidisation for each batch.
