The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy. They are made of heavy wood and the are substantial in size. They appear to cost a great deal more than I paid for them. I get many compliments and would've given these 5 stars if shipping hadn't taken 11 days. I'm pleased with the purchase and just ordered the matching chairs with arms.

Six, Acme 60012 Dresden Side chair nice, but screws was missing and open box.
I purchased six of these chairs. These chairs are very nice as described. I got each order of two on different dates. The first two orders was packed with tools, but they left 1 of the screws just thrown in the box on each of the orders. The last order was late and came an open item and some of the screws missing.

These are beautiful and elegant side chairs that are easy to assemble and very comfortable. We received them on the exact date we were given. The packaging was perfect. They are are definitely worth the price we paid.

Beautiful Chairs
I purchased 2 sets of the chairs to go with my dresden table. They are very beautiful and sturdy. You do have to put them together though. It took almost 3 hours for my husband and I to put together all 4 chairs and the table. They were packed well with no scratches on them unlike the table base. I am very happy with the chairs, they are gorgeous.

Dresden furniture pieces wood color didn't match each other . Doesn't lookalike the pictures on the site.
Color of the wood didn't look like picture.. Very light brown with orangey tint.. Didn't look like Cherry oak at all..Waiting for prepaid return label & issuance of a full refund . Item is in the original box..

not even and a little too big and heavy
They are a little too big and heavier than expected. I bought 3 sets, and 2 sets came in defective. They are not even, one of the front leg is shorter after you install it with the long screws. One set came in as refurbished, where you lean your back, the top edge got a patch and repainted.
