Great product, well made and very neat how the ringles fit over the ceiling bar...

I liked the idea the rail was nice and neat with only one screw hole to drill each end through the bathroom tiles.However,measuring the separate pieces to get the angles correct was a bit of a brain teaser against the issued instructions.I now realise what a sensible design this rail is and how smoothly the rings glide past the ceiling support,also the Croydex Customer Service was very thorough.

The poles are thin but look nice and were easy to fit. unfortunately the plastic pieces that join the poles together are too flimsy and have all broken. I asked the company for replacement parts well before Christmas but they still haven't arrived. At the moment it's held together with metal tape :(

I had of of those for 10 years and purchased another one for 2 nd bathroom I am so pleased with design because it looks elegant.Thank you very much, it was very hard to find it in UK.

Good chrome finish, but very thin and flimsy. The rods are pieced together with a plastic insert and does not hold its rigidity.Mine was a straight installation over a 1700mm gap between 2walls, and it sagged in the middle. A ceiling support is supplied but the curtain rings will not pass this support so the curtain con only be drawn to the half way stage.Am very disappointed and will need to replace it with a more sturdy option.Such a shame as the photos looked impressive.

It's a "meh" product - its just "OK". As a standard shower rail its no worse than most and it does prevent the dreaded "droop" on an L or U Shaped arrangement. Assembly and fitting is straightforward with a reasonable compliment of tools.However, although it is possible to get the rings past the ceiling support/brace when opening or closing the curtain, it is not a "smooth and easy action". For children or the infirm, i would say it would be a bit of a faff tbh. We will leave the curtain part closed with the remainder of the curtain past the support upright.The individual parts seem reasonably made and the instructions etc were good - just not great overall and we will be looking at alternative solutions for our other bathroom.
