After moving into a home with ceiling at 9 and 10ft, and vaulted areas reaching as high as 12ft, I needed a ladder which allowed me to work at all these heights. I found the select step, and love it.At first I accidentally ordered the smaller model from 2015. This was due to a in accurate description.The Amazon description is incorrect: "standing platform works at any height between 5 ft and 8 ft"The actual height of the standing platform can be adjusted between 3 and 5 feet. The top of the ladder is what is between 5 and 8 ft. So take that into account when you figure out how high you can reach.The ladder isn't as heavy as I expected. Little Giant ladders are normally very heavy. The legs also make it very stable.The wheels are nice, but you have to have a lot of clearance to use them. Otherwise is it as easy as any other ladder to move around.Adjusting it can be a bit nerve racking as you need to keep your fingers free of any moving areas. But otherwise it is easy enough to adjust. Tip: add some labels to help you set it up to the height you want to reach.The Airdeck is what makes this ladder. If you ever set it up without it, you instantly miss the function, and go and attach it before working. It holds a lot more stuff than your typical ladder work surface.The standing platform is also a great feature. It saves your feet when you have to be on the ladder for extended periods. It also makes folding the ladder much easier. No more smacking stupid cross-beams in half.

We have been looking for a ladder for my husband. He is a larger man and getting on a lesser ladder was a big worry. We put up a Gazebo and needed to reach at least 12+ feet high. This ladder is awesome!! He felt very confident that the ladder could support him clear up to the top and having the extra part on top really helps a person be steady all the the way up. I can't say enough good about this product. The only problem we had was it was lost for a day in shipping. Amazon sent out another one. I ended up getting two the next day. That was fine, but I had asked for the one ladder to be sent back and please pick up a week later and UPS was at my door the next morning, the day of my mom's funeral. I was lucky to get a nice UPS driver who just took care of it. This gets shipped by USPS, but goes back UPS??? Other than that, this is the best ladder my husband has ever had or used. If you are a larger person this ladder is a great choice.

This ladder offered us a lot of flexibility with its ability at adjust to different heights. We have various height ceilings in our house and this ladder allowed us to only need one ladder to meet our needs. Easy to use and light weight, the wheels are an asset to allow maneuverability. The Airdeck accessory just adds to its flexibility, from painting to DYI projects. I would highly recommend this multi use ladder. I only wish I bought thi sooner.

Love this ladder. Finally, an adjustable ladder I can manage to maneuver myself. Perfect for the applications that require more than a step ladder without having to drag out the commercial sized ladder!I'm a woman on a mission to fix nearly everything - ladies, do not make the mistake of thinking this is only for your husband!I'm giving this four stars only because this is not for EVERY woman - if you are a girly-girly and only want a tall ladder to paint your cathedral ceilinged foyer once every four years, or to replace a lightbulb in that chandelier, this is not for you. Go buy a cheap aluminum ladder at Walmart for that. This is an industrial application ladder that can take alot of abuse and be used in a multitude of heavy duty jobs.It's lightweight enough to carry and one person can adjust it easily. The steps are sturdy and the wide base and lower back feet supports make it feel very stable.Excellent household ladder that will give you years of good performance. Well built.

Great ladder for the home or work. Little heavy, my wife will not be able to use it, but I love it. I can reach a 12 foot ceiling to change light bulbs and to repair my ceiling with ease. The adjustable individual sections are great for stair wells and uneven floor spaces. This ladder is well make and easy to use. I do suggest to read instructions before using. Even it's well designed, one can still get hurt if not careful. I highly recommend this product.

This ladder is amazing and worth every penny. It's adjustable to any position you might need, unbelievably strong, stable and super light when it comes time to move to a new location. I first used it for cleaning out leaves in my rain gutters and downspouts and it made a job I had been dreading a much easier and even enjoyable experience. The ease of moving it around made the job go so fast, I was done in no time.

I replaced a 20 year old Little Giant ladder with a newer, lighter ladder. I no longer needed the capabilities of a full articulating ladder with stand offs, leg leveling and dual platforms, so I downsized to a Little Giant multistep. It is lighter, updated lever locks , a comfort step and an air tray for the climber's stability when working on the ladder. Perfect ladder for an older person who can still perform some ladder work but wants maximum safety features.

Outstanding quality ladder with all the functions for home use. Although the ladder is heavy, it has wheels so it makes it easy to move around. Nice safety feet and really easy twist handle to extend from 5' to 8'. Really great price as well.
