I really love this lion figurine sculpture. I was looking everywhere locally for a very long time, and I never found something like this. After that, I searched online, and this one, on Amazon.com, had the best price. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift for my husband, even that I purchased a couple of days after Father's Day. He was very impressed when he saw the lion statue.It is more beautiful in person. Very well made, sturdy, beautifully crafted, perfect weight (2.8 pound).We LOVE it and highly recommend for wide life lovers ( Father's Day, Birthday, Christmas etc).

I just received it today. It is beautiful. Very high quality. Looks perfect in my bookcase of my all African Motif Home Office.MINE DID NOT COME WITH THE DISPLAY BASE. DARN. Maybe they will read this and send me one.I would like to have it.UPDATE: The seller did not respond to my email and did not send the base.Disappointing. I lowered the review to 4 stars.
