Good to use
I take this almost everyday because it was recommended to take with brithcontrol. So far so good! There are lots of benefits that come with taking them, but I dont see much of an effect yet (ive only had them for a week so im giving it some time). The size of the bottle is compact and holds alot more than i thought!

Can cause jitters. Ironically I was blown away when I found out that you could have hurt palpitations from just folic acid. Be mindful.
